My knees hurt first thing in the morning and when walking. Is this arthritis?

Not necessarily. Tight muscles may be causing your pain.

 Ten minutes of gentle stretching a day can alleviate much of your knee pain.  Focus on your quads, hamstrings, and roll out that IT band.

Remember: If you hike, bike, walk extensively or dance, your muscles tighten and pull causing imbalance and injury.

 I use deep tissue massage, and specific acupuncture knee points to resolve knee pain.
