What can I do to prevent Osteoporosis?

Avoid: carbonated drinks, caffeine, excessive weight loss/dieting, and prescription drugs in the Bisphosphonate group, and steroid inhalants. Exercise, eat well, and improve strength and balance.

Remember: Balance, and muscle strength are important ways to prevent falls, and bone fractures. 

I use herbal supplements, nutritional counseling, and Qi Gong exercises to increase balance, and help prevent osteoporosis.
